Bart Robbins D.O.
I was born in southern California as the 3rd of 9 children. Growing up in a large family, I had lots of “opportunities” to babysit and take care of my younger siblings. I still tease my brothers about changing their diapers, even though one is now an Anesthesiologist and the other is a pilot for Southwest Airlines. I believe my love for children started then. My family moved to the Valley of the Sun as I was starting high school, and I lived there until I graduated with honors from Arizona State University in 1993. I moved my family to Fort Worth the following year to attend medical school at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. My daughters were 1 and 3 years old at that time. Four years later, I graduated with a Master’s degree from the physiology department in addition to my Doctor of Osteopathy degree. I then spent the next 3 years in Amarillo completing my pediatric residency at Texas Tech University Health Science Center. In 2001, I opened my practice in Weatherford and have had the joy of caring for Parker County children since that time.
